Mumbai: A New Delhi court on Friday allowed the Maharashtra ATS to take the custody of suspected LeT operative, Aslam Kashmiri. The ATS claimed Kashmiri was wanted in the 2006 Aurangabad arms haul case.
Kashmiri alias Yusuf alias Saleem was arrested in Delhi who claimed to have seized timers, detonators and explosives kept in two sweet boxes. Chief metropolitan magistrate Kaveri Baweja asked the ATS to produce Kashmiri before a MCOCA court in Mumbai on or before September 15.
