Mumbai: The state ATS on Monday told the special MCOCA court that they have come across involvement of three more suspects in the Aurangabad arms haul case while questioning Zabihuddin Ansari alias Abu Jundal. He was sent to ATS custody till September 10.
Jundal told special judge S M Modak that he would talk to his parents for a lawyer. The court asked the ATS to inform Jundal’s parents to come and meet him at their own expense. The court has warned Jundal against discussing any case with them. He can meet his parents for 10 minutes in the presence of ATS officers.
